How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation number through Paypal. You can enter your delivery confirmation number at usps.com to track your order. (U.S. only)
Do you have a minimum/maximum purchase?
No. There are no minimum or maximum purchase requirements at this time. However, orders containing excessive number of limited edition/exclusive items may be canceled at any time.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We ship all domestic packages with delivery confirmation, which will serve as proof that your package was mailed out. If you have delivery issues, please contact your local post office for further assistance.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders may have been canceled for the following reasons: incorrect item description, incorrect item price, or system error. Invoices that have not been paid for within 48 hours of placing order will be canceled without notice.
How accurate are the descriptions of the items?
We will try our best to describe each item accurately, but it is also the duty of the customer to do his/her own research of products. If the product is grossly misrepresented, please email us at email@example.com for assistance.
Why did my order arrive in an Amazon box (or other recycled box)?
At times, especially for larger items, we may ship in a recycled box to save on shipping costs (and to be kind to our environment). We are in no way affiliated with these companies. Please let us know at the time of order, if you would prefer your order being shipped in a new box.
